Joint Project Development
Bellwether partners with non-profit affordable housing developers and operators who demonstrate stability, capacity, and a long-term commitment to building and maintaining affordable housing in the Puget Sound region. We focus on emerging BIPOC developers and community-based organizations to build capacity.

Some of the organizations partnering with Bellwether in joint project developments include Chief Seattle Club, Muslim Housing Services, University Christian Church, Mercy Housing Northwest, and Plymouth Housing.
Service Provider Partnerships
Bellwether partners with non-profit service providers to plan spaces for culturally-informed uses in our multi-use developments, such as child care and human services.
Organizations with which we have a service provider relationship include; Hopelink, Friends of the Village Collective, El Centro de la Rasa, Kids Co., Family Works, Wellspring Family Services, and DSHS Developmental Disabilities Administration.
