About

Kingway Redevelopment

Bellwether Housing is planning to redevelop the Kingway Apartments.

Kingway Apartments was built in 1964 with 164 units of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedrooms in three-story buildings spread across 7 acres. Bellwether Housing purchased this property in 1989 and has served residents since then. After many renovations and upgrades over the years, our facility maintenance team has recommended replacing existing infrastructure with new, higher-density, ecologically efficient homes for our residents.
