Rent and Access

Do not leave clothes or personal items unattended in the laundry room or common areas. Unattended items attract thieves and may result in theft. Building Management is not responsible for the theft of any property left in these areas. If you must leave your laundry unattended, set a timer on your phone so that your clothes do not get left for long periods of time.

Washers and dryers are maintained by CSC Serviceworks. If a washer or dryer malfunctions, visit the CSC Service Request Portal. You will need to give your name, building, address, and the sticker number of the machine. CSC will send a service person during regular business hours.
